As we all know SB109 passed on Tuesday setting regulations for younger patients and doctors. Thursday in the state capital our senate committee will take public comment so please get out and exercise your free speech if you can on Thursday.

Good thing ,because the six plants I grew, I had to keep small and it was not enough. Marijuana needs to be legal for adults ,it’s safer than alcohol and tobacco and worth way more than the two combined.

Wow… This is BIG News; But, with all things in CA, I don’t expect this to be as smooth as I would like to hope. I think we’re going to have to wait and see if this ruling will be upheld, as the Supreme Court echoed MMJ patient’s concerns that the limits were unconstitutional. Thank God, I live in Cali… As loony as this state is most of the time, it’s times like now that remind why I love CA. We need to Legalize Hemp & Cannabis so that we can @ the very least, get our economy back to the Major Player that it once was.
