They assume that in the event that they have much more subscribers then theyll get much more views. This is certainly false. I will clarify why. Subscribers are solely good whenever you first submit the video. This is because they will discover the video and put up feedback on it. I suffer chronic pain daily from a car accident! After 14 brain surgeries, 3 surgeries on my ulner nerve, and one on my back, I was given Hydrocodone 10-325,1 to 2 tabs, 3x daily. Those pills ease the pain very little. If I smoke marijuana it helps so much more plus I can function so much more with a lot less confusion. Please legalize marijuana for medical use!

First off, everyone that has posted on here that is either to stoned or to stupid to spell very simple words should probably not try to tell anyone to legalize marijuana (you make the rest of us look bad.) I personally can’t wait for the day marijuana is at the very least decriminalized in Missouri. Legalization is not even close, I’d say we’re gonna need atleast 25 – 30 states to decriminalize and or put medical laws into place before ANY politician pushes for legalization. The biggest thing is, once decriminalization or medical laws are put on the ballot GO VOTE. Don’t count on your neighbor and your friend to do it, if you can vote put your pipe down long enough to do it.

Medical Marijuana is the best medicine in some major daises like HIV and AIDS, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, degenerative disc disease, nausea, shingles, post herpetic neuralgia, dementia, irritable bowel syndrome, Alzheimer's disease, side effects of cancer treatment, lack of appetite, pain, the most persistent and chronic, including cramps during crises secondary to multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, and much more. I am all for legalizing THC for the treatment of chronic illness. I have suffered with Crohn’s Disease, a form of inflamatory bowel disease for almost 13 years. Not only does this illness cause great physical pain, loss of appitite and weight loss, patients often suffer from cripplining anxiety and depression. With any chrnic ilness, be it cancer, anxiety, depression, I think the effects from a regular regiment of this could be potentially benificial. I’m not saying that you should be flying all day, and definately you need to refrain from driving, but a low dose could help alot of people. It’s not addictive, could help with pain, nausea, depression, anxiety and other symptoms of chronic illness. I wonder if they could ever put THC in a pill form so you didn’t have to smoke it?

Breaking News ?????? It’s June 6th 2011; When is this suppose to happen? I have Multiple Sclerosis,Fybromyalgia, need both hips replaced and severe nerve disorder. MY GOD! I hate the way pot makes me feel!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But, when taken at nite, right before bedtime, I can sleep through out the nite, without waking up, screaming in pain. IT IS the only option for me…..NOTHING else works. Somebody DO something! I feel like a F’K'N criminal.

880,000 since the “war on drugs” began (aprox.) arrests made due to simple possession of Marijuana. How much money does this ridiculous, unneeded prohibition cost? Things to consider: cost of arresting “offender”,(which after being charged, loses his future because even simple possesion of marijuana is felony), cost of court(lawyers, attorneys, everything court related), incarceration and imprisonment costs…

If you listen to what the U.S. Federal Government says about marijuana, then you are mistaken. If you want to know the truth go on youtube.com and type in “The Union: The Business Behind Getting High”. Also, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6bGy3LNJeKw, this address is a video of ABC news hosting a debate between NORML’s exec Allen Pierre and Brian Darling, Director of U.S. Senate Relations at the Heritage Foundation. Funny how Brian Darling cannot directly come out and say why it is illegal and why it should be illegal. (Food for thought: If it was bad, and if marijuana caused terrible things that the gov’t says it does, they would be flaunting these “terrible” things for everyone to see! In essence, they would actually have proof that it is bad, however, every single research study on Marijuana has proven that it is more or less, harmless.

I’ve scoured the internet, reading forums and stories posted by people who recreationally and medically use marijuana. Everything I see is positive. One story, posted by a 16 year old boy, was about how the boy’s mother had cancer and was given 2 months to live. The boy went and bought marijuana for his mother, knowing it would HELP her. Well, it did: the mother lived for 8 more months in a calm, nearly painless state, than the 2 months the doctors gave her in which they would have given chemotherapy…which if anyone has seen anyone deal with, is nowhere near effective nor painless, meaning she lived for 10 more months in total.

an interesting perspective: 5,448 people die from caffeine/coffee use. More people die from drinking coffee and caffeinated drinks than people that use Marijuana (0 deaths).
Wake up people, and smell the weed.The Government is just biding the time, throwing lies out there to keep us down.For no reason at all.

I only hope that somehow this post helps in someway, big or small, to show the injustice of illegalization of cannabis.

just researching mo. on its standing on legalizing mar. for med. use. i have nerve pain. for 16 yrs i live ion pain 24/7 i have been on every pill and treatment there is. even gave up my bladder but pain returned. i almost died in 03 my kidneys were shutrting down i lost 75 lbs..i was on on 10 dif meds. hard drugs like morphine oxys u name it. id love to c mar. on my list of pain meds .if it did help to think i could give up tons of meds just to function. id love to give it a try. does anyone know how we get envolved in studies r helping pass our law..which rep and sen r for passing it thanks deedee

I do not smoke marijuana, but I am not against it. I believe marijuana is a harmless “Drug”. So many people die every day from cigarettes, alcohol, and prescription narcotics. It is so sad that the harmful drugs aren’t even questioned,but marijuana is considered a narcotic…..IT’S NOT…. I find it sickening that there are so many people ruining their kidneys and Livers because our government thinks it’s “The right way”. nice to know that the goverment is finally workin on the legalization of mariuana. I hope it passes i believe it will be good for this country as long as they regulated it properly. Crimes will go down because its not the drug its the money behined it and the threat of going to jail. unlike alcahal and tobbacco its much better for you and no one has ever died using it you can still function as any regular citizen. courts can worry about real seriuse crimes and work on improving what really needs to be done to improve the country. its not the pot smokers that cause terrisiam in this country its the people frome other countrys that come in here to make money and push illigale drugs if the goverment lealizes it will help the country in that as well as putting money in its own pocket to help the country not in forien torest who dont care about this country. im just sayin marijuana becouse i know its not any worse for you than alcahal or tabbacco or better and it can be usedto make this country money in so many other ways paper ropefibers and etc

There is a difference in the dying patients getting it for their problems and those who wish to stay stonned getting it get to abuse it.

Dosage needs to be regulated and not dispensed on a as needed basis to be smoked at will. Stonners with a bag of pot can be fairly compared to a child with a bag of gummy bears kids eat gummy bears til they are gone then want more and pot smokers smoke til it is gone and then want more.

This sounds promising for the Slow and Blow Me State! I’ve been ticketed and arrested for using marijuana many times in Missouri. I now pack up and move to a different state sounds easy. Try that with 5 children and an economy that is going backwards faster every single second.
After being shot at and doing some legal killing/slaughtering of humans(GULF WAR) several years after the war I was suffering from P.T.S.D.(Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) I’m wondering if this bill will actually help me get a prescription for marijuana. I could eliminate 3 other prescriptions that Veteran Affairs prescribes me and save my body before it’s too late. Anti-Depressant, Anxiety, and sleeping pills to stop the flashbacks, 3 joints a day could take place of over my current 15+ pills a day.

Our government is already in financial debt due to bail outs anyway, why not make life a little easier on those that have had cancer and have been on pain killers for so long that it is no longer effective?!! I for one, am in favor of this because it is very difficult to watch my mother who is 54 years old not want to get up or do anything because of the arimidex that she is on? this drug lessens bone denisty and causes horrible pain the joints in her body. I would love to see her get up and around like she did 5 years ago and watch her play with my children but its too difficult because she is in so much pain.

Do you want china to own us? Let’s look at this from an economic stand point! Our country is bursting at the seams in financial debt. What would happen economically if we legalized Cannabis use? We would save billions of dollars in law enforcement! Additionally, we would start making a profit from the taxation of this very valauble and misunderstood plant. Our society is sadly brain washed by political propaganda. Cannabis not only has medicinal purposes but is highly nutritional. The seeds when ingested offer high rates of Omega fatty acids (our body uses omega’s to build eye, brain and skin tissue) they have no psychotropic effects. Yes, that’s right the seeds contain no THC. Let’ not forget it’s uses for clothing and rope. It’s cheaper to grow than cotton and has far less inpact on our enviroment and yes I’m referring to the use of pesticides. Let’s just say it’s a true green plant. The laws against the use of Cannabis are faulty the foundation that it stands on is full of cracks (false propaganda) and is slowly crumbling! We just need to look at the beginning of Cannabis prohabition and the propaganda that was used to make it illegal. We would see this law would quickly fall apart.

Hey, there can be perks for those politicians and governtment workers. Do you want to keep your jobs? Let’s break it down! We the people are going to start “laying off” governtment workers or aliminating departments. We have to cut corners some where! But that still won’t be enough to cover the almost 50% interest rate on our loan. Eventually, I guess when China decides they are tired of late payments or not receiving payments. They will consider it a faulty loan. We all know what happens with faulty loans! Foreclosure! What is our collatural? The United States of America! I guess the politicians would then loose their jobs as well. Hmmm. I guess the straignt legalization of cannabis sounds much better. We the people get to keep our land, and our governtment and best all no war! It’s seems simple enough. I guess we will have to see where the pieces may fall.
