Just like they’ve lied to you about marijuana…they’ve lied to you about Christopher Columbus. Columbus was NOT a VERY GREAT MAN! Christopher Columbus was a greed-filled, contemptuous, murderer…responsible for the death of millions of indigenous people. A prior slave trader in Africa he established the slave trade in the Americas as well as a philosophy of domination…domination of people, culture, and the environment that still persists even today.
Columbus was not responsible for discovering a land, but for destroying it.
