Lineage: California’s San Jose Organics killed the competition last year with this unique cut of the ever so popular cannabis strain Girl Scout Cookies (GSC). This new strain allegedly stems from the award-winning 3rd Gen Fam. These dudes are a group of Nor Cal growers who have created some bubble hash made from the legendary Girl Scout Cookies weed strain that took second place out of 56 entrants in last year’s Emerald Cup in December 2013. And their Girl Scout Cookies flowers ranked 15th out of 270 competitors! Cookie Stomper is late evening cannabis—with a caffeinated, Durban-inspired body buzz that eventually settles into a long, deep feeling of relaxation.
Looks: Cookie Stomper buds look nice and tight and consist of rich greens with deep penetrating patches of purples and rocking red highlights! It’s a fantastic looking flower that’s appealing to even the most blood shot eyes.
Scent: This bud has a sweet and sour scent—kind of like a lemon that could have been sitting in a burnt bakery box.
Taste: I found the taste to be sweeter than sour. The purple aspect of the flower, in particular, was very pleasant. I thought Cookie Stomper was a smooth delight!
High: I loved its Indica dominant effect! I was nicely medicated and it kept my anxiety down. I certainly was quite content after consumption. I found that a toke or two of Cookie Stomper also relaxed my over-worked muscles and stomped on my insomnia.
Buzz Length: Three hits lasted for a good 90 minutes! And that’s coming from someone who has a considerable tolerance to Indica dominant strains. I am not one to go down quite so easily but after several healthy bowls that I so thankfully consumed throughout the much better portion of my day, I must say that my ass was stomped by the end of the night and ready for bed. Very nice meds!

And despite continued protests in the area and in particular, folks chaining themselves to BART trains that day, it didn’t deter me from enjoying the day and the beautiful dispensary with all its amazing high-grade strains. Every visit is an enlightening experience. From the moment you enter, to the moment you leave, you are welcomed very politely by some of the friendliest folks in the business. Located near a harbor, filled with sailboats, the surroundings are breathtaking and a fantastic area to pick up great medication! With scenery as sweet as this, picking up some sun grown Cookie Stomper hit the spot!
