Genetics: It seems like some people online think it’s a (element #97 on the Periodic Table of Stuff Stoners Like) Jack Herer X Trainwreck cross, while others say it has it’s ancestral roots in OG Kush. I reached out to Soulshine Cannabis to see if they had any insight.

Appearance and Feels: This hand trimmed flower looks like some fire right out of the bag. Well, out of the box, then out of the bag. The trichome growth looks great covering the lighter green calyx. The pistils are a light, light brown stretching out like little sexual tentacles to get the job done. It’s quite sugary looking for sure. The buds are super dense and sticky as fuck. You’ll want to break them up well before packing a pipe bowl if you want to get it all.

Smell: There’s not much of a scent other than a mild spicey aroma when you open the bag, but once you crack these tight buds it makes me think the genetics are more from the Jack Herer line than any OG Kush. It’s got a nice, easy lemony piney smell that makes you want to keep on inhaling. It vaguely reminds me Dutch Treat for some reason. At least in how it presents the aroma.

Flavor: Skunky with a nice tingle. The hints of pinene and limonene are much less apparent once the flame hits the flower. It’s tasty for sure. Today we’re smoking out of a new Jeff Green glass chip stacked sherlock. This thing is super sexy and has the most amazing UV pattern under the blacklight. The smoke is thick and aromatic with a spicy backend that tickles your nose.

High: If it wasn’t for trying to get a decent word count while telling you all about my personal experience smoking a particular strain, I probably would get rid of the high category. But since there’s got to be a few of you out there who might smoke like I do, I’ll tell you. The buzz on this is solid. Heady, universal. Do what you want when you want sort of shit. The world is your oyster when having a smoke break with Mary Jane. Do what you will, just be sure to do it safely.

This shit right here? It’s creative yet comfortable, mellow and sustainable. Like cannabis should be. After a whole bowl I want to finish this review up so I can get in some good quality Overwatch time in, and maybe play with the baby.

Regardless of what’s going on, I would recommend Narnia to enhance the activity with positivity and enjoyable laughter. Keep in mind, if you are new to consuming cannabis or smoking weed, take it easy with these 20% or higher weed strains. Some of them will definitely put your dick in the dirt if you aren’t careful. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but it can tend to be a bit overwhelming for people who aren’t expecting it.

Overall: It’s nice to see new product from new farms showing up, especially in my neck of the woods. I’m definitely adding Soulshine Cannabis to the list of farms I would like to tour. I also appreciate their packaging is EnviroSafe.

The box says it’s printed with vegetable-based inks on 100% recycled paperboard, 50% post-consumer waste, and the window film is made with biodegradable, compostable and recyclable envirosafe acetate. I mean for real, a sustainable packaging solution in an industry that produces a whole shitload of packages is what plants, and humans crave.

They also say on the back of the package that a portion of all sales goes to rescuing, nurturing, and rehabilitating homeless and neglected animals. All good things. It’s huge for the non-cannabis consuming portion of the population to see that people both in, and who benefit from the cannabis industry, are, for the most part, good humans.
