Type: Sativa dominant hybrid with indica like effects.
Genetics: F1 [OG Kush x Super Silver Haze] Apothecary Genetics – 1st Place 2007 High Times Cannabis Cup – Sativa.
Price: $45 a gram.
Appearance: Like mahogany with darker veins swirled in. Glossy and slightly solid, but it’s actually the consistency of warm taffy. Perfect for easily forming fat globs on the dabber.
Smell: Piney and earthy, along with hints of spice and chocolate. All the terpenes from the flowers really come through. The bouquet is similar to some other prestigious strains, particularly BoggleGum and Bennett Valley Kush.
Flavor: A tasty 50/50 blend of its parents. Lemon-lime, spicy, and sour. The aftertaste is semisweet and piney with a touch of cocoa. Ultra rich and luscious on the palate.
High: Slightly delayed, but stronger as it builds into a stoney head high that ultimately leaves the entire body feeling floaty and relaxed. First felt directly in the eyes, causing drooping lids even in those with tolerance. Recommended for inducing hours of creative tranquility in the afternoon or evening.

Buzz Length: Somewhere in the range of 3-5 hours.
Medical Uses: Anti-anxiety, Antiemetic, Arthritis, Cramps, Headaches.
Overall: Kaia Kush is a rare case where the genetics don’t necessarily match the high. Super Silver Haze is known for its soaring sativa buzz similar to a cup of strong coffee. OG Kush tends to add potency and premier flavor to anything it’s crossed with. Kaia Kush is technically a sativa dominant hybrid, yet the effects associated with it are clearly indica heavy. The scent and taste of this melt is identical to its flower counterpart, a sign of a true medical grade supercritcal fluid extraction made from top shelf buds instead of trim.
