Purple Wendell Berry marijuana strain review by Mat Lee

Genetics: Not much is known about this strain, and that’s going right off what the packaging says. I couldn’t really find much about it online either. At this point all that matters is one thing, is it stuff stoners like? Most definitely. The rest of the packaging says that it appears to grow as a sativa dominant, the first thing you notice is the color.
Appearance: Dark purple. Deep purple. Purple purple. It’s one of those strains that is the blacker the berry the sweeter the juice status. It almost looks black until you get it under the light. Such a cool looking plant that really goes to show the variance in cannabis genetics. So much variety.

Smell: Such a stern berry aroma, sweet and fragrant. If I had to pick a purple strain to have on my shelf, Purple Wendell Berry is in my top five.
Flavor: A beautiful full body smooth smoke with an up front no nonsense sweet berry taste. I like this a lot as far as dark purple strains go. I’m usually not a fan unless it’s grown to perfection. This is close for sure.
High: Bongrips give you a nice heady change, and if you finish a bowl to your head you’ll be either super motivated to do something creative, or you’ll sit there staring blankly at your screen, or whatever else you happen to be staring at. Regardless of what happens, you’ll be totally stoked about it. The world is your oyster when you’re puffing on the Purple Wendell Berry. Purple Wendell Halle Berry. Heh, sometimes I crack myself up. I’m blaming that one on the weed.
Overall: I like it. I like it a lot. It’s always cool to have a novel looking strain in the Herb Boxx. Speaking of them, did I mention you can win one on the Hot Box?
