RS are in it…as well as Jimi Hendrix and Brian Jones playing the sitar, man. It’s some cool archival shit. And, if you know what’s up in music at around 69 or so…you’ll appreciate this clip with Brian Jones, the dude who sorta gave birth to the Rolling Stones, jamming on sitar, with Stones geetarist Mick Taylor, the dude who replaced him. Plus there’s Jimi Hendrix, just lookin’ all-cool and shit and just rippin’ on guitar. Oddly enough, or as we should say; according to Wikipedia: “Taylor made his onstage debut as a Rolling Stone, at the age of 20, at the free Hyde Park concert on 5 July 1969. An estimated quarter of a million people attended for a show that turned into a tribute to Brian Jones, who had died 3 days before the concert.”
Anyhow…here’s Brian Jones, Jimi and Mick Taylor jamming. Smoke some weed and take listen..it’s kind of a shitty recording, it’s cut with some interview segments that are kinda hard to discern…but it does give a cool glimpse at what it would be like to be back stage with Jimi and the Sttones. It had to smell like a fuckin’ skunk on fire back there, man. Check out the source of this video rocksoff.org
