Vegan Peanut Butter Bubbleberry Jam Smoothie
Recipe by Jessica Catalano, author of The Ganja Kitchen Revolution: The Bible of Cannabis Cuisine
Peanut butter and jam sandwiches were always a simple childhood favorite that I would enjoy with a tall glass of milk after running around the neighborhood with friends. These days I still immensely enjoy this flavor combination after a long day but my grown up taste has shifted it into a new recipe. Sure you can still catch me indulging in a thick peanut butter and jam sandwich, but this smoothie is a quick way to enjoy these memorable flavors on the go.
Nutrient dense, organic, gmo free, protein rich, high essential vitamins, high mineral count, high in fiber, full of essential fatty acids, balance of heart healthy monounsaturated fat, and antioxidants make this smoothie perfect for a meal replacement or post work out recovery drink. The popular marijuana strain know as Bubbleberry, a combination of Bubble Gum crossed with Blueberry, at 80% Sativa will be sure to set you into an uplifted state of mind which is perfect if you are feeling depressed, groggy, funky, or exhausted. It will be sure to put some pep in your step comfortably. The delicious hints of fruit and berry of this strain also compliment the flavors already present in this drink. Enjoy!
