“I wanted to write a book that was accessible and fun to read, and – just as importantly – one that promoted responsible consumption,” explains Yim, who considers herself a Third Wave feminist and dedicated pot advocate. “I’ve learned so much about the substance over the years, both positive and negative, and hopefully readers will benefit from those lessons.
Yin is a a graduate of University of Toronto with an Honours B.A. in Political Science and English. She tells us that her site potandprose.com contains insightful and incisive commentary on marijuana-related themes and confronts today’s most controversial topics in an approachable, yet direct way.
