Marijuana- growing sure’ll be the focus of leaders in San Jose today, man. The SJ City Council’s biggest concern? Where will all their marijuana dispensaries get their weed?
Last April, the council members previously considered this matter and suggested that local collectives grow their own weed in-house to ensure they weren’t buying weed off the black market. But, collectives warned that large-scale marijuana grows would just be an invitation for federal drug raids.
The council will also talk about the amount of marijuana dispensaries that will ultimately be allowed to operate in the city of San Jose and exactly where they’ll be able to locate. We’ll let’cha know what we find out.
