Genetics: New York Diesel X Trainwreck
Known as the Sativa lovers dream, this is a fantastic cross of two classic strains. These are the strains you hear about in rap songs, and for good reason.

Allen Wrench is New York Diesel X Trainwreck

Appearance and Feel: Allen Wrench weed looks beautifully dense and sticky. The calyx has a lighter green shade to it with long wispy brown pistils. As one would expect from a strain that has the genetics of top shelf cannabis running through it, completely covered in frosty trichome goodness. These buds came out plump. I’m talking like Professor Plump status. Thick, baby these buds got back for days.

Smell: that strong lemon pine aroma I love so much. There’s also a tiny hint of a spice scent, possibly the diesel side showing through. When I cracked the bud open I got nice whiff of what I believe is the terpene myrcene. It’s got that mango tropical smell to it, which is interesting considering it’s ancestry.
Flavor: I’m a huge fan of the cannabis that is rich in Limonene and Pinene for some reason. I was probably programmed through many days of using pine sol like Mickey mouse in some weird fantasia nightmare.

Allen Wrench is rich in Limonene and Pinene.

Bottom line is, the Allen Wrench has a sour lemony pine taste with a subtle hint of pungent diesel on the exhale. A fantastic mixer for any spliff, especially when coupled with some Trainwreck or Jack Herer #ClearbutnotTheClear. The terpenes in that really accentuate the terpenes in the bud. It’s a phenomenal experience if you are a cannasseur.

Cherry Pie Strain Review
Does weed go bad?

Allen Wrench weed strain
For a 20% strain, Allen Wrench can be fairly mellow.

High: For a 20% strain, I found it to be fairly mellow. That’s not to say that if you are a new smoker, you shouldn’t jump in with both hands and feet, but, depending on your endocannabinoid system, this would probably be a good strain to start your top shelf journey with.

Bong hits were heady with a nice slow creep to it. I wouldn’t mind adding this strain to my herb repertoire for daily consumption.

Like the flavors Trainwreck and NY Diesel bring to the table? You’ll love Allen Wrench.

Overall: If you like the flavors Trainwreck and NY Diesel bring to the table, with a 20% THC content on the label, then you’ll definitely love the Allen Wrench. It’s a much sought after plant, so if you have a chance to give it a puff puff pass, I highly recommend it.

For my new smokers, as always with these higher THC strains, take a hit first and see how you feel. Everyone’s endocannabinoid system is different, so know thyself and you’ll be good to go.
